If the Product Never Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@softtechcn.com We will investigate the issue and offer a full refund or replacement if the package is confirmed lost in transit.
Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty Policy)
If your product has a manufacturing defect or malfunctions under normal usage within the warranty period, you may request a refund or replacement. Change of Mind
If you decide you no longer want the product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected.
Wrong Product Received
